Job description

Grads Photography has a fully equipped in-house yearbook printing facility. We are seeking a dedicated individual to collaborate with school yearbook advisors to design and oversee the production of yearbooks. If you are a motivated team player with a keen eye for detail and strong management skills, we want to hear from you. We are looking to fill this position immediately with highly qualified individuals.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with school yearbook advisors to design and manage yearbook production.
  • Provide prompt and efficient resolution to customer inquiries.
  • Utilize Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office products effectively.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills, including proficiency in Internet Explorer, MS Word, MS Excel, and Gmail.
  • Maintain organization and attention to detail throughout the production process.

Qualifications:
  • Available to work Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (hours may vary).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Recommended Experience:
  • Prior design experience is required.
  • Bilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of design experience.
