As a Seasonal Facilities Clerk, you'll play an important role in keeping our property looking its best through general cleaning and light maintenance tasks. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work in a friendly, team-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What you bring to the team
- Previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and minor repair work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive and team-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently
- Punctuality and reliability
Where We Are:
This job is performed in person at 657 Main Street, Weston VT 05161.
A Sampling of What You'll Do
- Perform routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and workspaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed
- Empty Trash and recycling bins
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment
- Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies
- Perform minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, minor patching/painting
- Assist with basic plumbing fixes such as unclogging drains
- Perform simple preventative maintenance tasks
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or exterior upkeep
- Help with basic equipment or furniture setup/moves
