As an Xtreme Programming (XP) Developer, you will typically work within a small, cross-functional team that emphasizes close collaboration and frequent communication. Pair programming is a common practice, meaning you’ll often write code alongside another developer to enhance quality and share knowledge. Daily stand-up meetings and continuous feedback loops are standard, ensuring that everyone stays aligned and can quickly address challenges.
