Rita’s Ice at Xfinity Mobile Arena is looking for fun, energetic, and reliable staff members to join our Treat Team! If you enjoy working with people and serving delicious treats in an exciting, fast-paced environment, this is the job for you.

Role Summary
Treat Team Members deliver fast, friendly service while preparing and serving Rita’s Italian Ice products. This is an entry-level role supporting daily stand operations during events year-round; including sports, concerts, and carnivals! Must be available for evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities
â—Ź Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional manner
â—Ź Prepare and serve products accurately and efficiently
â—Ź Operate POS system and process cashless transactions
â—Ź Maintain cleanliness of work areas, and equipment
â—Ź Follow food safety, hygiene, and uniform standards
â—Ź Assist with stocking and basic setup/cleanup
Qualifications
â—Ź Must be 18 or older
● No prior experience required — training provided
â—Ź Reliable transportation
â—Ź Ability to work evenings shifts in a busy, event-driven environment
â—Ź Maintaining a positive attitude and willingness to learn
