Job Summary

Responsible for the promotion and sale of Comcast products and services, including video, high‑speed Internet, voice and XFINITY Home, within an assigned territory. Utilizes advanced product knowledge and sales process experience to maximize sales and effectively manage turf.

Salary and Compensation

Base Salary: $55,000.00 per year.Annual Target Commission: $25,500.00.Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $80,500.00.

Core Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Comcast products and promote sales to individual customers by visiting each door in the assigned territory.
  • Maintain thorough, up‑to‑date competitive knowledge of features, benefits, pricing and campaigns for video, high‑speed Internet, voice and XFINITY Home.
  • Effectively communicate and develop rapport with customers.
  • Evaluate customers’ current and potential product needs and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Increase customer understanding of Comcast products, pricing models and competitive advantages.
  • Assess competitive offers and frame responses to highlight Comcast’s benefits.
  • Execute turf management plans independently using experience‑based sales techniques.
  • Exhibit confidence in selling ability and strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals established by the local market.
  • Independently plan and organize daily sales activities.
  • Generate business through approved lead generation methods.
  • Apply effective sales closing techniques to achieve product installation goals.

Physical and Job Requirements

Must meet the physical requirements of the job, including the ability to walk and/or travel door‑to‑door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions. Obtain and maintain any credentials or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems when required by law. Maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as needed.
