About the Role
In this dynamic position, you'll handle inbound sales inquiries and provide top-tier customer support to our valued clients. Call volume varies, with some days having 6-8 calls and others reaching 20+ calls. Our phone, text, and email support operates between 7 AM - 8PM, 7 days a week, and we need a dedicated team player available during business hours.
This position serves as our 2nd phone personality, working alongside our primary sales/service representative. Some hours require two people answering calls, while others only need one. Peak call times are 7 AM - 11 AM and 4PM - 7 PM M-F. Flexibility is key, and we encourage open communication regarding availability and days off. We are also OK, if you answer calls while driving, shopping, playing ball with your child.
