Roles & Responsibilities
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a business analyst
  • Proficient in Agile methodology and utilization of JIRA and confluence
  • Should have an automation background (RPA/Xceptor/Test automation) to collaborate proactively with stakeholders and identify opportunities for strategic automation initiatives.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including process flowcharts, user stories, and detailed specifications, ensuring a clear roadmap for automation projects.
  • Contribute to project planning and estimation, provide technical governance to ensure realistic timelines and resource allocation, and collaborate with project managers to deliver projects on time.
  • Facilitate unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and production implementation
  • Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track
  • Deep dive into business processes and uncover automation opportunities.
