About this opportunity Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) leads Ericsson's Enterprise Networking and Security business, holding the #1 global market position in Wireless-WAN enterprise connectivity and expanding rapidly in Private 5G and Secure Access Services Edge (SASE) solutions. The Senior Commissions Analyst (Boise, ID or Plano, TX) will own the end-to-end commissions process, serving as a key link between Sales Operations and Payroll to ensure accurate, timely commission payments.

This role also drives modernization efforts by implementing Power BI dashboards and AI tools to strengthen analytics and reporting workflows. What you will do Calculate and validate monthly commission payments using Xactly Incent, AI tools, and spreadsheets, in line with Sales Compensation plan provisions Support configuration of sales incentive plans in Xactly Incent and model scenarios in Excel or AI tools Build and maintain commission dashboards for sales teams and analytics reports for executive leadership Maintain accurate records of compensation plans, quotas, territories, and related data required for system configuration Partner with Sales Operations to ensure billing credits are reported accurately and on time to meet monthly accrual and payout deadlines Respond to field inquiries regarding compensation calculations and completeness Develop and maintain standardized and ad hoc reports related to billing and commission data The skill you will bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field 4-6 years of experience with commission calculation and analysis and/or 2-4 years working with BI models and implementing AI tools Experience administering plans in Xactly Incent or a comparable sales compensation platform Ability to efficiently manage and analyze large datasets in Excel Strong computer literacy, including ERP systems, databases, and productivity tools Clear written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership Demonstrated flexibility when navigating shifting priorities and deadlines Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal day-to-day direction Why join Ericsson. Your Pay The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
