Company Description

Leading Insurance Restoration company in the Greenville / Winterville,  Raleigh and Charlotte area quickly growing and expanding territory coverage and looking to fill multiple positions immediately.

We are hiring for Water Restoration Technicians to provide outstanding customer service in great times of need to customers who have experienced floods, burst pipes or water leaks affecting their property.

Job Description

Daily response to water damaged properties both during and after business hours. Responsible to :
    act in a sensitive, positive and professional manner
    lift up to 90 lbs and stand for prolonged periods
    utilize the equipment to dry the structure successfully to industry standards
    document all progress in job management software

Addition carpentry demolition skills an asset

The position is fast paced, will generally consist of 80% field work and 20% administrative duties however requires extreme flexibility of assignments and work hours.

Qualifications

    Excellent Customer Service experience in helping people
    Mechanical aptitude including Water extraction and Carpet cleaning equipment capability
    Careful demolition of affected areas only
    Structure Cleaning
    Previous experience in repair and maintenance fields or Construction industry an asset
    Computer literate
    Problem solving and analytical skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    IICRC certifications will put you on top of interview list
    Xactimate or estimating software knowledge also moves you to top of list
    Ability to be on call multiple weekends a month
    Desire to improve processes and grow with company
