Primary job role:

  • Loading the work vehicle with necessary equipment, products, and supplies for each project, 
  • Setting up equipment
  • Works both independently and as part of a team, as required by the project
  • Solves problems that may arise during the course of the job
  • Performing demo services as needed, 
  • Communicates clearly with the lead water tech and other technicians, 
  • Performing end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and packout  
  • Maintaining a constant awareness and respect for all safety hazards, following safety guidelines at all times while on the job site, in the office, and while traveling.
  • Maintaining an organized and clean vehicle
  • Ensures that all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality
  • Willingness to learn and excel with Limitless Restoration


Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds is necessary
  • High school diploma/GED 
  • Ability to travel locally and in state, when necessary
  • Must meet all criteria for criminal background & driving record
  • Must maintain and keep current drivers license
  • Willingness to work on an afterhours/on-call/holidays rotation is expected


Preferred Training:

  • IICRC certifications – WRT – ASD – ARMT preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience in cleaning/restoration 
  • Xactimate experience preferred
  • 3 years’ experience as lead restoration tech


The work environment is subject to changes in temperature and weather conditions and may involve loud noises and hazardous areas such as confined crawl spaces and attics. Hazards encountered may include wastewater, mold, soot, smoke, and bio-hazard sites. Physical demands of the job require the ability to bend, stoop, crawl, and move heavy equipment and items while working in areas with loud noises and hazardous conditions.
