Lead Mitigation TechnicianOCI Restoration Raleigh, NC

OCI Restoration is a fast-growing, locally owned, veteran-owned restoration company based in Raleigh, NC. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Mitigation Technician to join our team and help lead water, fire, mold, and emergency mitigation projects throughout the Triangle area.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a company that values professionalism, leadership, customer service, and doing the job the right way.
Responsibilities
  • Lead water, fire, mold, and emergency mitigation projects
  • Perform water extraction, demolition, drying setup, and monitoring
  • Operate restoration equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA filtration devices, and moisture detection tools
  • Complete daily job documentation, photos, and moisture readings
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and office staff
  • Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and according to IICRC standards
  • Train and assist junior technicians
  • Participate in after-hours emergency on-call rotation
Qualifications
  • Restoration industry experience required
  • IICRC WRT certification preferred (additional certifications are a plus)
