My Client continues to be a leading AI-powered customer experience management (CXM) platform, helping enterprises unify customer interactions across marketing, sales, and support. With a strong focus on AI-driven automation and analytics, enabling businesses to deliver personalized, omnichannel customer engagement at scale. The company has strengthened its Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) offerings, enhancing voice, chat, and digital customer support solutions while expanding its AI-driven insights for proactive issue resolution. Despite challenges like macroeconomic uncertainties and customer churn, they remain profitable, with steady revenue growth and deepening enterprise adoption. As it pushes further into AI-powered CX transformation, the company is focused on enhancing automation, predictive analytics, and seamless integrations to solidify its position as a market leader in enterprise customer experience solutions.

Enterprise AE’s conduct in-depth research on their client portfolio to uncover the prioritized challenges and goals by understanding 10k’s and annual reports, listening to C-suite and analyst calls, and understanding their client's industries. The Enterprise team in the West are aligned to $1B+ annual revenue accounts in NorCal, Pacific NW, and Rockies covering all industries and verticals.

A typical portfolio is a client list of 20 accounts with a current/prospect ratio that can vary from 20/80-40/60. These are 6-7 figure new logo lands and expansions with clients like Albertson’s, Palantir, Adidas, Lululemon, Seagate, Levi’s, Robert Half, Starbucks, Nordstrom, T-Mobile, REI, Intel, and others.

Current Q1FY26 Large Enterprise AE openings exist for the PNW/Rockies territory (out of Seattle), the greater Los Angeles region, Austin (for TOLA), and the states of OH/KY/MI

Position Details
  • Large Enterprise AE openings for Account Executives to lead a portfolio of 20 $1B accounts in the region. An Enterprise seller that has a nice mix of large company and startup experience with a proven track record of driving big deals in a complex SaaS environment while demonstrating loyalty to their organization (no job jumping).
  • This AE will inherit several current customers with good runway for growth plus a great selection of prospects and net new logo opportunities. Drive current deals while introducing the platform to new prospects! Ideally 6-15 years of Enterprise sales experience with demonstrable success in business app SaaS deals of $100k-$1M+ ARR and President's Club achievement will allow you to ramp quickly in this position!
  • This is a well-segmented territory so you will come in knowing where the best opportunities reside among their portfolio and inherit current revenue-generating business.
Technology (SaaS)
  • You will have been selling business applications in the front office to $1B enterprises with platforms like CRM, marketing cloud, call center, social, HR, finance, sales enablement, customer experience, CPQ, business process optimization in a complex enterprise SaaS sales environment with deal sizes $100k-$1M+.
  • Modern call center technology is very interesting as are AI/ML front office apps, all Customer Experience technologies, and other digital transformation or CRM/MarTech or even AdTech platforms
  • Fiscal quarter began February 1, 2025 so ideally able to join by the beginning of Q2
Compensation
  • 140-170 base x2 OTE + 1st quarter non-recoverable draw of 75% of OTE + stock
Ideal Profile
  • Successful Large Enterprise seller (6+ years) selling at the VP and C-levels of $1B+ companies
  • Selling front office software solutions to $1B Enterprise portfolio doing complex 200k-1M+ deals with a focus on outcome-driven value-based selling.
  • Prefer nice career mix of large company and startup/mature pre-IPO where candidate has been exposed to a nice array of sales methodologies and support both employing well-defined processes and creating your own.
  • MEDDPICC and Force Management training is a deciding plus.
  • Must employ outcome-driven value-based selling and thrive in a metric-driven sales process with transparent funnel. Run your own business value engagements!
