Job Purpose:

In-process quality control whose primary function is to perform Xray inspections. Works closely with operations & quality teams to validate processes and determine acceptability of products to customer and IPC-610 specifications.


Duties and responsibilities:

• Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures

• Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified

• Manual Xray inspection & generate Xray programs as required

• Image capturing and recording

• Provides training as needed to others

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1-2 years Xray experience may be required

• Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions

• Basic computer navigation and utilization skills

• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly

• High attention to detail and self-motivation skills

• Specific technical or vocational training or certification a plus
