X-ray Field Service Engineer
Location: Seattle, WA (Full-time, Permanent)

About the Company:
A respected imaging service organization supporting hospitals and outpatient facilities with diagnostic imaging equipment service and support. The team is recognized for dependable field coverage, strong technical standards, and a customer first approach focused on keeping systems online.
Role Overview:
This Field Service Engineer role is based in Seattle with regional travel across the greater Puget Sound area and occasional travel within Washington. You will provide on site service for digital radiography X-ray systems, handling preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective repairs. You will work directly with clinical and biomedical teams to resolve issues quickly, document all service activity, manage parts and return visits, and help drive uptime and customer satisfaction. Support may also include basic system checks, software updates, and assistance with installs as needed.
Key Requirements:
โ€ข Experience servicing diagnostic imaging equipment in a field based role, with a strong focus on X-ray (DR)
โ€ข Siemens X-ray experience is strongly preferred
โ€ข Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software related faults
โ€ข Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally and regionally as required
