Radiologic technologists (rad techs) and registered nurses (RNs) have different training and responsibilities; rad techs focus on imaging procedures and typically require certification in radiography, while RNs provide patient care and often hold a nursing degree and license. The difficulty depends on individual skills and interests, but both careers require rigorous education and practical training.
