Who are we looking for?

  • Energetic Personality
  • Great phone skills
  • Previous experience in customer service roles
  • Availability to work Saturdays- 5-day work week

What you'll do

  • Communicates effectively, whether by phone, by e-mail, or in person.
  • Maintains a prospect tracking and follow-up schedule within our customer database.
  • Makes outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects to the dealership.
  • Contacts customers for retention and loyalty opportunities to upgrade their vehicle.
  • Contacts all no-show appointments to reschedule for a later time.
  • Constantly update and purify customer records.
