The Role and What You'll Do:

The Partnership Marketing Managerserves as theprimary day-to-day leadfor assigned brand partners and is responsible for planning, developing, and executing integrated partnership marketing programs. While the position is based in Stamford, CT at WWE headquarters, the role supports partnerships across the broader TKO portfolio, including UFC, WWE, PBR, Zuffa Boxing, On Location, and IMG.

This role manages partner relationships end-to-end, leads activation strategy and execution, coordinates cross-functionally across departments, and supports revenue-driving initiatives, including renewals, upsells, and cross-property extensions.

  • Serves as the primary point of contactfor assigned brand partners, managing day-to-day communications, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Leads onboarding and ongoing partner check-in calls, including agenda development, meeting facilitation, and recap distribution.
  • Owns asset delivery management, ensuring all contractual assets are tracked, delivered, and reported accurately.
  • Leads the development and execution of partner activationsacross live events, digital, social, content, broadcast, and experiential platforms.
  • Manages creative workflows, including briefing, routing, approvals, and final execution in collaboration with Brand, Creative, Legal, and other internal teams.
  • Leads execution of partner integrations across in-venue, broadcast, live events, and digital and social platforms, serving as a primary point of contact to ensure accuracy, alignment, and a best-in-class partner experience.
  • Serves as on-site partnership marketing lead at select events, overseeing brand activations, hospitality, ticketing, fan experiences, and partner hosting.
  • Builds and maintains strong day-to-day relationships with partner contacts, acting as a trusted resource to ensure partner needs are met and expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Leads the development ofpartnership recaps, highlighting performance, learnings, and opportunities.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Events, Media, PR, Brand, Legal, Community Relations, and Operations to ensure partner programs align with broader WWE and TKO initiatives.
  • Identifies and supports revenue-driving opportunities, including renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and cross-property integrations.
  • Supports cross-property TKO initiatives across UFC, WWE, PBR, Zuffa Boxing, and additional properties.
  • Mentors and supports junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

You Have These:

  • Bachelor's degree, with concentration in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
  • 3 - 5+ yearsof partnership marketing, sponsorship activation, brand marketing, or client service experience, preferably within sports, entertainment, or media.
  • Proven experience managing day-to-day partner relationshipsand leading integrated marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of partnership agreements, rights delivery, and activation execution.
  • Experience with marketing platform delivery including digital, live events, broadcast, hospitality, experiential.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow partner relationships.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and leading projects across multiple departments.
  • Self-starter withthe ability to anticipate issues and develop proactive solutions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including partner-facing and executive-level communications.
  • Willingness andability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the ability to quickly learn additional tools and platforms.
