Pay: $16-$18/hr + trip bonuses (average $2+ extra/hr)

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and facility staff

  • Ability to remain alert and focused for long periods while driving

Preferred:

  • CPR/First Aid certification (training available if needed)
  • Experience in healthcare, patient care, EMS, or transport

Work Environment:

  • Medical field setting (hospitals, clinics, care facilities, private residences)
  • Direct contact with medical clients; proper PPE is provided and required

Benefits:

  • 4% matched 401(k) + additional employer contributions
  • Up to 75% employer-paid medical insurance
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) & paid holidays

Why Join WTS?

  • Make a meaningful impact in people's lives every day
  • Build experience for EMT, healthcare, or medical career paths
  • Be part of a growing, family-owned company with strong team support
