No Experience is Needed. We TRAIN! $16-$18/hour (based on experience)

Monday-Friday 6:45am - 4:00pm.

Must live local, have reliable transportation and pass drug test/background.

· ALL NEW EQUIPMENT! Zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, chainsaws, trucks, tractors, trailers, etc.

· Maintain Large open areas within the community

· Maintain hike and bike trails

· Seasonal maintenance including tree trimming, trash removal, creek bed clean up

· Weather-related property clean up

· Weather days spent cleaning equipment to ensure operational

· Ability to work outside year round and lift pounds
