Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Mitigation Technician to join our growing team in Dallas-Fort Worth. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in restoring properties by performing water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, and other mitigation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform water extraction and structural drying using specialized equipment.
  • Conduct mold remediation following industry standards.
  • Assist with fire and smoke damage cleanup as needed.
  • Perform demolition work and debris removal.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including photos and notes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
