Litigation Associate | Austin, TX


Marshall Sparkman & Associates is partnering with a Top 25 Am Law firm seeking a Litigation Associate for its Austin office.


This is an excellent opportunity for an associate looking to continue building a sophisticated litigation practice on a premier national platform.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Litigation experience in a law firm setting
  • Big Law or Am Law firm experience strongly preferred
  • Complex commercial litigation or high-stakes civil litigation experience
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Texas licensure or eligibility for Texas admission
  • Austin ties or a strong interest in the Austin market
