Job Description/Bulletin

JNH Lifestyles is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. The position will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks in support ofthe operationto facilitate the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer, screen, and transfer inbound telephonecalls.
  • Receive and direct visitors, customers, andvendors.
  • General clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, andmailing.
  • Maintainelectronic and hard copyfilingsystem.
  • Retrieve documents from filing system as needed bymanagement.
  • Handle requests for information anddata.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduledreports.
  • Resolve administrative problems andinquiries.
  • Prepare written responses to routineinquiries.
  • Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, drafts, memos, andemails.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements formanagement.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incomingcorrespondence.
  • Maintain office supplyinventory.
  • Coordinate maintenance of officeequipment.
  • Support marketing efforts as required by the marketing department.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 year's experienceas an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or OfficeClerk.
  • Knowledge of office management systems, policies, andprocedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners,photocopiers and computers.
  • Excellent computer skills, including strong proficiency in Google Workspace and other SaaS
