Job Summary:
EBizCharge is a company that specializes in developing integrated payment solutions for various applications. They are seeking a Technical Writer to create and maintain customer-facing and internal documentation to help users understand and utilize their products effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain internal and external documentation for multiple audiences, including user guides, Knowledge Base articles, release notes, troubleshooting content, and process documentation.
• Work closely with multiple teams and subject matter experts to gather and validate information.
• Translate product behavior, workflows, configuration steps, and technical concepts into clear, practical documentation.
• Maintain and improve Knowledge Base content to ensure information is accurate, consistent, easy to find, and aligned with product changes.
• Test and verify the AI chatbot feature to help ensure it returns accurate, helpful, and relevant responses based on available Knowledge Base content.
• Identify documentation gaps and recommend improvements to content structure, usability, and discoverability.
• Follow established style guides, templates, terminology, and content standards.
• Manage multiple documentation assignments across product releases and ongoing updates.
