Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual Service Writer to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our Spanish-speaking customers while also assisting English-speaking clients. The ideal candidate will possess basic automotive knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to upsell services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in both Spanish and English, addressing their automotive service needs and concerns.
  • Accurately document customer information, service requests, and vehicle details in the company’s management system.
  • Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs to customers, ensuring they understand the scope and cost.
  • Upsell additional services and products by identifying customer needs and offering relevant recommendations.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of services and repairs.
  • Schedule appointments, manage service orders, and follow up with customers regarding service status and vehicle readiness.
