The Soul Center for Mental Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This position operates within a community health clinic setting, primarily working remotely to facilitate flexible service delivery. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges to develop targeted intervention strategies.
• Create personalized service plans with specified goals, interventions, and progress tracking methods to meet each client's unique needs.
• Provide individual and family counseling, offering therapeutic support tailored to those navigating difficult life circumstances.
• Facilitate clients' access to vital community resources, empowering informed decision-making with personalized guidance.
• Respond efficiently to crises by utilizing risk assessments and developing safety plans where needed.
• Engage in close collaboration with community agencies to coordinate services and bolster advocacy efforts on behalf of clients.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives that promote the Soul Center’s services and the broader awareness of mental health issues.
• Contribute to case conferences, collaborative team meetings, and training activities to support overall service delivery improvement.

This role will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families from various socio-economic backgrounds, facing challenges such as mental health disorders, chronic homelessness, domestic violence, and substance dependency. The ability to engage respectfully and effectively with clients from various cultural backgrounds is paramount to fostering trust and creating meaningful therapeutic relationships.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
• Diverse knowledge of trauma-informed care, critical social issues, and social justice principles.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, cultural competence, and problem-solving skills essential for social work practice.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a social service agency or similar environment, offering insight into program operations and client engagement.
• Experience with case management and assessment tools utilized within a clinical setting is highly desirable.

The Soul Center for Mental Health offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus. Benefits include:
