This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients by providing tailored support and guidance throughout their job search journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with candidates to assess their career goals, strengths, and areas for development.
  • Assist candidates in crafting compelling resumes that showcase their skills, experiences, and achievements effectively.
  • Provide detailed guidance on optimizing LinkedIn profiles to enhance visibility and networking opportunities.
  • Conduct mock interviews and offer feedback to help candidates improve their interview performance and confidence.
  • Develop personalized action plans and strategies to support clients in achieving their career objectives.
