HVAC Service Technician

Pay Range: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience + spiffs

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:30am to 4:30pm

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Delivering Excellent Customer Experiences by providing service, maintenance, and repair on primarily residential and some light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
  • Consulting with customers regarding repair and replacement options; Replacement needs are forwarded to the Comfort Advisor/Salesperson
  • Educating clients on indoor air quality products that fit customers' needs
  • Communicating with the service manager about product needs, training enhancement, or desired specialty training

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2 + years of HVAC service experience
  • Residential Service experience required
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Experience making repair and replacement recommendations
  • Low voltage license or commitment to acquire within 2 years of employment
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School is desired

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
