Position Overview
Bullpen Ventures Kokomo is seeking an experienced Manager of Food & Beverage to lead and oversee all food and beverage operations across two premier sports and entertainment facilities in Kokomo, Indiana. This role is responsible for the strategic planning, daily operations, staffing, financial performance, and guest experience for all concessions, bars, suites, and special event food and beverage services.
The Director of Food & Beverage will manage operations at:
  • Championship Park - an 8-field sports complex featuring two full-service concession stands
  • Kokomo Municipal Stadium - a 2,300-seat stadium with a capacity up to 4000 people. two full-service concession stands, indoor and outdoor suites, an umbrella bar, and a party deck.

This is a leadership role requiring strong operational expertise, hands-on management, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all food and beverage operations across both facilities, ensuring consistency, quality, and profitability
  • Weekly Inventory management, Ordering of all food and beverages.
  • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise all food and beverage staff, including managers, supervisors, and hourly employees
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety and alcohol service regulations
  • Maintain all required food service and alcohol licenses and certifications
  • Manage vendor relationships, purchasing, inventory control, and product selection
  • Work with Westfield Restaurant Group (WRG) to create and maintain menus and offerings.
  • Oversee game-day, tournament, and special event operations, including suites, bars, and private hospitality areas
  • Collaborate with operations, events, and executive leadership to support overall business goals
  • Address guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with leadership or management experience required
  • Proven experience managing high-volume concessions, sports concessions are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, alcohol service, and operational compliance
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage large teams in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Must possess all required food and alcohol licenses, or be able to obtain and maintain them
  • availability to work nights, weekends, and event-based schedules as required
