Job description

About Us
PuroClean is a veteran-owned, locally operated emergency restoration company. We help homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and biohazard damage, serving people on some of the worst days of their lives. That responsibility demands more than just technical skill. It requires integrity, reliability, and trust.
About the RoleAs a Restoration Technician, you'll be part of a team responding to water and property damage jobs in homes and businesses. You'll help restore properties, support customers during stressful situations, and keep our equipment and job sites clean and professional.
No two days are the same - this is hands-on, active work with room to grow. You do not need restoration certifications to be successful here. If you are dependable, physically capable, and take direction well, we can teach you the technical side.
What You'll Do
  • Perform water restoration and cleanup work on residential and commercial jobs
  • Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment
  • Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
  • Communicate clearly with your supervisor, office staff, and teammates
  • Follow safety procedures, uniforms, and company standards
  • Treat customers with respect and empathy during difficult situations

Requirements:
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable with physical labor in real-world environments (heat, humidity, tight spaces), lifting 50+ lbs and being on your feet most of the day
  • Calm, respectful presence in customer homes and commercial sites
  • Any related background is helpful (moving/pack-outs, construction, demolition, detailing, car wash, warehouse, general labor)
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Available for on-call and occasional weekend work
No prior restoration experience? We still want to hear from you! Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply and may be considered for a Restoration Technician Assistant role.
Pay, Schedule & Benefits
  • Pay: $20-$25/hr (based on experience)
  • Performance bonuses
  • Total earning potential: $50,000-$80,000/year
  • On-call and weekends as needed
  • Paid training and industry certifications
  • Clear path to becoming a Lead Technician and Project Manager

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
