Production Associate - Atlanta, GA
Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Starting at $20.25/hour
Looking for a stable career with a three-day weekend every week? Worldwide Foam is hiring Production Associates for our Atlanta, Georgia facility, and we're looking for dependable people who are ready to work hard, learn new skills, and grow with a company that values reliability and teamwork.
This is a hands-on manufacturing position where you'll help keep production moving by operating machinery, inspecting products for quality, handling materials, and supporting daily plant operations. No two days are exactly the same, and the work is fast-paced, active, and important to the success of the team. If you enjoy staying busy and take pride in doing quality work, you'll fit right in.
Our Atlanta location offers a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, meaning you get full-time hours while still enjoying a long weekend every week. We offer a starting pay rate of $20.25 per hour, along with opportunities to grow into higher-level roles over time.
Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who show up with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Candidates should be comfortable working on their feet, lifting materials throughout the shift, and working in a production environment with varying temperatures and machinery noise.
