Base $18/hour + Weekly Commissions

With 30+ locations across Texas, our multidisciplinary model delivers truly individualized, whole-person care.
We are seeking a Bilingual Care Navigator / Clinical Intake Sales Specialist (Spanish Speaking) to join our onsite intake team in McKinney, TX.
As a Bilingual Care Navigator at Next STEPS Worldwide, you will guide infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric clients toward the right care through a consultative, sales-driven intake process.
You will play a vital role in serving our Spanish-speaking population by breaking down barriers and reducing stigma, while ensuring all clients receive compassionate, high-quality care in both English and Spanish. Your voice will help families and individuals feel understood, supported, and confident as they take their first step toward healing.
This is not a traditional call center role.
This is a relationship-based, consultative, sales-driven phone position where you guide clients to the right care at the right time.

What You Will Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for individuals, parents, caregivers, and families.
  • Conduct detailed, individualized phone assessments.
  • Educate clients on psychological, therapy, and nutrition services.
  • Use consultative sales skills to convert inquiries into scheduled intakes.
  • Match clients with the best-fit provider and service.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly conversion goals.
  • Document interactions accurately in CRM/EMR systems.
