Shift: Afternoons, 12:00pm-8:30pm ET (with flexibility for business needs)

Sign on Bonus: $2,000

This role is in support of Cencora's global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business.

World Courier is a provider of premium logistics services and the leading global specialty supplier of transportation, storage and distribution services for multinational biopharmaceutical clinical trials. With more than 2,500 employees in more than 50 countries, we combine our global reach with a local presence.

The Operations Level II associate will focus on exports and will process shipments and maintain the integrity of the product on a daily basis. They will receive shipments from the Dispatch department and assure their correct handling by:

  • Coordinating with Dispatch the receiving of inbound shipments

  • Verifying required shipment documentation

  • Preparing master airway bills for both domestic and international shipments

  • Assemble ready-for-use packaging systems for pick ups

  • Booking shipments as required by carrier

  • Cold chain management of shipments in all temperature ranges

  • Filing SED’s for regulated exports

  • Create shipment documentation as necessary

  • Mastery of international airlines, rates and service restrictions

  • Follow WorldStar sending instructions and action requests in a timely fashion

Experience:

  • Experience with exports helpful

  • Experience in dispatch helpful

  • Demonstrate operational efficiency and shipment processing accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills required. WorldSTAR screens and other World Courier systems.

  • Full understanding of Cold Chain Management.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Professional demeanor.

  • Mastery of skills required as Operations Level 1
