What is a workstream?

Workstreams are structured groups of related tasks or activities that are organized to achieve specific goals within a larger project or program. Each workstream typically focuses on a distinct area, such as technology, operations, or communications, and is managed by a dedicated team or individual. Workstreams help streamline project management by breaking down complex initiatives into more manageable segments, enabling better allocation of resources and clearer accountability.
