Our client is an IFS North American Partner that specializes in IFS implementations, upgrades, module inclusion, IFS support services and cloud based supply and support. They have been the IFS partner of the year for multiple years

Job Description

         Work across new IFS implementations, upgrades, re-implementations, and improvement projects

         Lead workshops to gather information on customer objectives and detailed workstream requirements

         Advise customers on solution design aligned to their business process objectives/requirements; confident to challenge to ensure the best outcome for the customer

         Take ownership of project workstream(s)

         Work with application consultants to ensure a quality, simple and customer focused functional solution

         Take an overview of the customers entire solution and engage with other consultants effectively

         Identify CRIM (Customizations, Report, Interface, and Modification) requirements

         Provide post-live support and training to users

         Support the pre-sales team with customer proposals and demonstrations when required

         Be capable of generating his or her own work and that of others

Qualifications

         Several years industry experience with transferrable skills to deliver class leading solutions based on IFS Applications or equivalent ERP system

         Several years of experience working with IFS' Service & Maintenance module is desirable

         ERP project experience, either through new implementation or significant improvement projects

         Excellent time management and organization skills

         Good communication and listening skills.

         Outgoing and personable personality

         A passion to learn and develop skills in order to be an expert and provide a high level of continuous transfer of knowledge to customers and colleagues.

Additional Information

Travel 

       This position is remote, but customer travel is performed on an as-needed basis. Up to 50% travel may be required.
