Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Omnissa Engineer with strong expertise in managing mobile devices using VMware Workspace ONE UEM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and maintaining mobile device management (MDM) solutions for iOS and Android devices in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support mobile devices (iOS and Android) using VMware Workspace ONE UEM
  • Configure device profiles, compliance policies, and security settings
  • Troubleshoot device enrollment, application deployment, and access issues
  • Ensure mobile device security, data protection, and compliance with company policies
  • Support Omnissa solutions for enterprise mobility management
  • Work closely with IT, Security, and End-User Support teams
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
  • Provide documentation and user support for mobile device management processes
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong experience with VMware Workspace ONE UEM
