Job description


Job Title: Systems Engineer(Windows Active Directory Engineer.)
Project Duration: 9 Months
Locaton :- 100% Remote

Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Windows Active Directory Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Active Directory (AD) and will be responsible for the design, implementation, security, and management of a large-scale enterprise AD environment. The candidate will primarily work on a development project called Voyager wherein he/she will be responsible for all SSO configuration efforts (design/build/test/implementation), but on occasion, will also work on SSO configuration efforts for operational projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage a large-scale (10,000+ users) enterprise AD environment
  • Provision and deprovision users, computers, and security groups.
  • Manage AD FSMO roles, Group Policy implementation, and AD Sites and Services Design.
  • Administer Entra ID, ADFS, DNS, and PKI.
  • Implement and manage role-based access controls (RBAC), account management, and auditing.
  • Coordinate with application owners to reset passwords and manage service accounts.
  • Analyze passwords and generate reports using PowerShell scripts.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years experience in AD
  • Advanced knowledge in administering AD in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with Enterprise multifactor solutions preferred.
  • Experience with a ticketing tool (preferably ServiceNow)

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Microsoft Windows Servers 2012/2016/2019/2022.
  • Experience with Active Directory provisioning and deprovisioning.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory FSMO roles, Group Policy implementation, and AD Sites and Services Design.
  • Advanced knowledge of Entra ID, ADFS, DNS, and PKI.
  • Strong scripting skills, particularly with PowerShell.
