The Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic IT Agentic Engineering team. In this role, you'll be working on integrating IT systems, tools, and data into a unified Data360 environment. You will work with a variety of platforms and technologies to ensure seamless integration and operation of our devices, building an agentic, proactive, IT organization.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
  • Unify large data sets from osquery, device management tooling, network logs, and other systems into a unified Data360 environment.
  • Build proactive Agentic workflows and automations leveraging Agentforce and Data360 Workflows to create a seamless employee experience.
  • Develop automations using languages like Python, Swift, and Go to run on various platforms like MuleSoft and AWS.
  • Work with APIs such as Jamf API, Workspace One UEM API, FleetDM API, SCCM API, and Intune API. Citrix Uber API
  • Collaborate with peer IT and wider organizational teams to implement serverless infrastructure in AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Fargate).
You're Our Person If...
  • Advanced knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in automation.
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce and Data360 (Data Cloud)
  • Comprehensive understanding of APIs (SOAP, REST) and their integration into large-scale systems.
  • Extensive experience in working in cloud and serverless environments, with a preference for AWS as well as Infrastructure as Code.
  • A related technical degree required.

Even Better If...
  • Advanced Proficiency in scripting languages such as BASH, ZSH, PowerShell, and Python.
  • Knowledge on integration softwares such as MuleSoft.
  • Extensive experience with CI/CD workflows and API interactions.
  • Experience building Slack applications and other automation tools.

The typical base salary range for this position is $148,500 - $223,900 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $178,900 - $246,000 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
