HealthSource Solutions is seeking an engaging and compassionate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to support employees through nutrition education, coaching, and weight management programming. This is a part-time position averaging 8 hours per week, with a strong preference for coverage on Tuesdays.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group nutrition coaching and education.
  • Lead nutrition-focused weight management groups and support behavior change efforts.
  • Develop and deliver seminars, presentations, and educational materials.
  • Assess participant needs and provide guidance on meal planning, food choices, and healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Manage scheduling, follow-up, tracking, and reporting for coaching participants.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of program participation, presentations, and services provided.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related health field.
  • Current Registered Dietitian credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with nutrition counseling, health promotion, or wellness programming preferred.
