In your role as an LCSW, you will take on crucial responsibilities that directly contribute to the therapeutic process and overall well-being of your clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments of clients' mental health and developing customized treatment plans that utilize solution-based therapeutic modalities.
• Implementing a range of evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored specifically to meet the individual needs of clients.
• Maintaining accurate, secure, and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all cases.
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists to provide integrative and comprehensive care, ensuring all aspects of a client’s health are addressed.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance treatment quality and team effectiveness.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, promoting empowerment and informed decision-making.
• Staying abreast of the latest developments in mental health research to continuously integrate innovative practices into your therapy sessions.

Your work will focus on clients grappling with various mental health challenges, including substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will be a key player in their journey towards recovery by providing empathetic support, facilitating crucial therapeutic processes, and tailoring interventions that align with each individual's goals and circumstances.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, affirming your academic background and commitment to the field.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of California, demonstrating your professional readiness to provide clinical social work.
• At least three years of clinical experience, providing you with a solid foundation in therapeutic practices and client management.
• Adeptness in various psychotherapy methods, enabling you to provide treatment tailored uniquely to each client's needs.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

While the minimum qualifications are essential, we value additional experience that enhances your candidacy, such as specialty training in trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, or community health interventions. In recognition of your skills and contributions, your annual salary will range from USD 80,000 to 100,000 based on your experience and qualifications.
