Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, you will take on crucial responsibilities that directly contribute to the therapeutic process and overall well-being of your clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments of clients' mental health and developing customized treatment plans that utilize solution-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Implementing a range of evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored specifically to meet the individual needs of clients.
  • Maintaining accurate, secure, and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all cases.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, affirming your academic background and commitment to the field.
