Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
EUC / Workplace projects delivery experience
Multi site and multi country rollout management
Device refresh and OS migration (Windows/macOS)
Endpoint management tools (Intune / SCCM / Jamf)
Project planning, scheduling, and execution
RAID management (Risks, Issues, Dependencies)
Field technician and vendor coordination
Change management and cutover / hypercare handling
Roles & Responsibilities
Own end-to-end EUC project delivery across the assigned zone (multi-country / multi-site)
Define and manage scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria
Lead project kick-off, planning, execution, hypercare, and BAU handover
Drive site onboarding/offboarding (site managing/unmanaging) readiness and execution
Manage EUC rollouts: device refresh, OS upgrades (Win10/11), peripherals, site setup/relocations
Build and maintain integrated project plan including dependencies, critical path, and cutover steps
Coordinate with Field Technicians (FTs) for scheduling, site access, onsite activities, and coverage
Align cross-tower teams (EUC Ops, Network, Security, Service Desk, Apps, Procurement) for end-to-end execution
Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log and drive mitigation to closure
Run governance cadence: weekly/daily reviews, progress tracking, action/decision management
Provide weekly status reports highlighting progress, risks, issues, and support required
Manage escalations and blockers (site readiness, approvals, logistics delays, resource constraints)
Plan and execute cutover, readiness checks, go/no-go, communications, and rollback approach (if needed)
Coordinate Change Management activities: CAB approvals, change windows, stakeholder communications
Lead hypercare/stabilization period post-deployment and ensure smooth transition to BAU
Ensure compliance with security policies, access controls, and EUC standards during deployment
Ensure asset tracking and documentation are updated (serials, allocations, returns, disposal records)
Maintain project artifacts: runbooks, checklists, validation evidence, sign-offs, PIR/lessons learned
Manage vendors/partners for staging, shipping, dispatch, and rollout execution (if applicable)
Track effort/cost vs plan and highlight variances early (if financials are in scope)
Drive continuous improvement through standard templates, playbooks, and process optimization
