You will meet strategic goals as it relates to workplace solutions, facilities and operations, and occupancy strategy. You will develop best practices to improve organizational efficiencies, reduce occupancy cost and improve space requirements, increase employee engagement, and satisfaction. You will help with creating a culture that adapts to the changing nature of work and needs of the business. You will report to the Lead Manager - Workplace and Facilities. We base this role on-site in our NY offices.
You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, project or operations management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

The salary range for the role is $90,000 - $105,000 per year. There is no non-wage compensation.
