About the Role:
We are seeking a polished, service-driven professional to represent and elevate the Ford Retail Experience at the new World Headquarters. This highly visible role serves as the face of the brand's flagship retail environment, seamlessly blending refined retail execution with elevated brand ambassadorship. The successful candidate will deliver a premium, hospitality-inspired shopping experience for employees, visitors, executives, and Ford enthusiasts from around the world.
This position requires an individual who embodies the spirit of Ford excellence, combining deep product knowledge, elevated service standards, and operational precision to curate a sophisticated and memorable retail journey. As a trusted brand representative, you will create meaningful connections, uphold visual and operational standards, and ensure every interaction reflects Ford's heritage, innovation, and forward-thinking legacy.
What You'll Do:
Retail Store Operations
  • Open, close, and operate the Ford retail store during assigned hours
  • Maintain immaculate sales floor and stockroom standards, ensuring products are presented attractively and consistently
  • Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and assist with inventory counts and reconciliations
  • Efficiently process sales transactions using the Ford retail Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring accuracy, and a smooth checkout process
  • Follow all company policies related to transaction handling, safety, and security
  • Support overall store operations and complete additional responsibilities as directed by management

Customer Service & Brand Experience Responsibilities

What You'll Need:
