Responsibilities

Manage the front desk and welcoming guests

Receive and route incoming calls

Receive and distribute mail

Assist with a variety of company projects

Office supply / kitchen inventory tracking and replenishment

Assist our community of entrepreneurs with a variety of office related tasks

Meeting coordination

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

You currently reside in Boston

Your schedule must be very flexible

Have the ability to work early mornings (8-12pm) or late night events (5-9pm)

You're upbeat & resourceful; solving problems before they arise

Highly proficient in Google Apps & Microsoft Office Suite

Previous experience managing projects a plus

Previous office work or customer service experience preferred

BA/BS or equivalent experience

Must be authorized to work in the United States
