Job description

Position Overview
This is a high-impact leadership role within a specialized regulatory accounting function, offering exposure to both executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. The Accounting Manager will lead a team responsible for FERC and GAAP reporting, while playing a key role in process improvement, automation, and evolving reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team focused on financial and regulatory reporting
  • Oversee preparation and review of FERC financial statements and filings, ensuring full compliance
  • Manage GAAP financial reporting within a regulated environment
  • Research and resolve technical accounting issues related to FERC and GAAP
  • Partner with internal teams on rate cases, regulatory filings, and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks

Qualifications

  • CPA preferred
