Temporary jobs can last from a few days to several months, depending on the employer's needs. Temp workers may be employed directly by a company or through a staffing agency, and they typically do not receive the same benefits as permanent staff. However, temporary work can provide valuable experience, flexibility, and a pathway to permanent employment.
