Working as a temporary employee means you are hired for a limited period, often to fill in for staff absences, to assist during busy seasons, or to complete specific projects. Temporary jobs can last from a few days to several months, depending on the employer's needs. Temp workers may be employed directly by a company or through a staffing agency, and they typically do not receive the same benefits as permanent staff.
