About the Role:
Join Project Touch Inc as a Residential Supervisor for our high-risk youth group home in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of at-risk youth while leading a dedicated team in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations of the group home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for each youth, focusing on their unique needs.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to staff, fostering professional development and teamwork.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of youth progress and program effectiveness.
  • Facilitate group activities and therapeutic sessions to promote social skills and emotional growth.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and families to support youth in their transition and reintegration.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, progress reports, and compliance with regulations.
