• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mental health status, emotional wellbeing, and social functioning of clients.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and mental health services to individuals experiencing various psychological conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are culturally competent and tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on patient feedback and clinical evaluations.
• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with valuable resources and information about mental health conditions and treatment options.
• Maintain scrupulous records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.

Your work will significantly impact a diverse client base, including adults, teens, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals from different backgrounds, understanding their myths and narratives in order to provide tailored support that honors their unique histories and experiences.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health therapy and services to clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Strong clinical expertise in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient management.
• A solid understanding of various mental health conditions and a commitment to ethical practice.

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar environment.
• Background in providing services to underserved populations.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapies and treatment methodologies.
