• Deliver high-quality therapy to individuals and couples across various age groups, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Engage in client record-keeping and documentation, ensuring all notes and activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner, utilizing an effective Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Manage and schedule client appointments, maintaining an organized and up-to-date calendar to facilitate continuous client engagement.
• Coordinate with our billing service, which handles claims, client accounts receivable, eligibility, and benefit checks to streamline operations and focus on client care.
• Exercise clinical judgment with a variety of presenting issues, employing evidence-based practices to facilitate therapeutic progress.

Our diverse client base ranges from children and adolescents to adults and couples, each bringing unique challenges and therapy needs. You will work with a wide variety of clinical issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and behavioral issues, ensuring comprehensive support tailored to client goals.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
• Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the ability to practice independently.
• Strong professionalism, excellent therapeutic boundaries, and self-motivated demeanor are essential to your success in this role.
• Must be available to work a full-time schedule, with a minimum commitment of 20-25 hours per week and at least two evenings weekly.

While experience is valued, candidates who demonstrate well-developed therapeutic skills and an eagerness to advance their professional repertoire will stand out. Significant training or experience working with couples is a highly regarded qualification that will bolster your application.

We offer a competitive salary range between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates. Additional benefits include:
