• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, gathering pertinent background information to inform individualized treatment strategies.
• Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and narrative therapy.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans, adapting interventions based on ongoing assessment of client progress and feedback.
• Establish and maintain a therapeutic alliance with clients, fostering an environment of trust, respect, and collaboration.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Engage in continual professional development to stay abreast of industry trends, evidence-based practices, and innovative therapeutic methodologies.
• Provide clients with support and practical strategies to navigate challenges in their personal and interpersonal lives, encouraging positive behavioral changes and emotional healing.

Your work will involve interacting with a diverse clientele, including individuals battling various mental health issues, couples experiencing relational strife, and families in need of guidance. Emphasizing a personalized approach, you will use your expertise to address each client's unique challenges and goals, enabling them to achieve meaningful outcomes in their lives.

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Exceptional clinical skills, particularly in assessment, treatment planning, and implementing targeted interventions.
• Outstanding communication, empathy, and interpersonal abilities to create a welcoming therapeutic environment.

• Experience in a private practice or specialized clinical environment, with a focus on trauma-informed care or substance use disorders.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure accurate and efficient documentation.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teamwork, collaborating with other healthcare providers to enhance client care.
