Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' presenting issues, background histories, and therapy goals, ensuring strong foundations for treatment.
• Provide evidence-based individual, couples, and family therapy with an emphasis on methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness approaches, and narrative therapy.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, tracking their progress over time.
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients, building a sense of trust and collaboration vital for their healing process.
• Maintain strict confidentiality while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Fargo Family Behavioral Services, you will work with a diverse clientele that may include adolescents, adults, and families facing an array of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits
